The complaint must be in writing and substantiated. It should be submitted by the applicant institution with the signature of the responsible administrative or research administrative leader, or the person delegated to sign on behalf of the institution. At Oslo University Hospital HF, the complaint should be submitted through administrative research support.
The deadline for lodging a complaint is three weeks after receipt of the decision regarding rejection or after receiving feedback on the application.
The complaint should be sent to postmottak@helse-sorost.no addressed to the Director of Professional Services, with a copy to forskningsmidler@helse-sorost.no.
Upon receipt of the complaint, the research administration at Helse Sør-Øst RHF will respond to the applicant institution within three weeks, with a copy to the project leader. An explanation of the administrative handling of the application will then be provided. If the applicant institution still wishes to pursue the complaint after this, the case will be forwarded to a separate complaints committee with external members.
